Application: Vacuum suction hose LKE503, polyether polyurethane hose, resistant to microorganisms and hydrolysis, vacuum hoses, dirt suction hoses are usually used in suction occasions. Especially suitable for abrasive solids, such as dust, powder, and fiber. Debris and granules; gaseous and liquid media. Industrial dust removal and suction. Industrial vacuum cleaners. High-speed rail, EMU unloading, and sewage suction pipes for sanitation suction trucks.

Attributes: high abrasion protection (abrasion resistance is 6 times higher than that of most rubber materials. 5 times higher than soft PVC). The interior is smooth. The wind resistance is small. The objects in the pipe flow more smoothly. Scalable; . and tear strength; anti-microbial and anti-hydrolysis.

Can be customized into food-grade pipes: the pipe wall complies with: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010. Complies with EC 2002/72/EC regulations. Including revised 2007/19/EC anti-microbial and hydrolysis. Good mineral oil resistance and chemical resistance; good UV and ozone resistance and low-temperature flexibility. Small bending radius. Not easy to kink. No softener and halogen; no leakage of gas and liquid. Flame retardant meets UL94-HB Standards. RoHS compliant. Grounding through spiral wire can discharge static electricity. Comply with EN45545 fire protection standard.

Structure: Spiral elastic steel wire is firmly implanted into the wall of the tube. The external fluidity is more optimized. The wall thickness is about 0.9 mm

Material: pipe wall: polyether-polyurethane. Spiral wire: copper-plated elastic steel wire.

Temperature  range: about -40°C to +100°C. Up to +125°C in a short time
