Application: PU wear-resistant steel wire hose LKE532 is used as a wear-resistant conveying hose for heavy materials. Suitable for wear material suction transport. Properties: High wear resistance protection (wear resistance is 6 times higher than most rubber materials. 5 times higher than soft PVC). Smooth interior. Make things flow more smoothly in the tube. Telescopic; High tensile strength; and tear strength;
Can be made into food grade pipe: pipe wall: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010. Comply with EC 2002/72/EC. Includes modified 2007/19/EC for antimicrobial and hydrolysis. Good mineral oil resistance and chemical resistance; Good uv and ozone resistance and low temperature scalability. Small bending radius. Not easy to knot. Free of softeners and halogens; Gases and liquids do not leak. The flame retardant meets UL94-HB standard. Comply with RoHS regulations.
