Silicone braided reinforced hose LKE630
Product introduction: platinum vulcanization, polyester weaving. Good stability. Suitable for pharmaceutical, biomedical, cosmetic and food processing applications. The polyester yarn braided in the hose wall enhances the pressure resistance of the hose. After a large number of physical, chemical and biological tests, it reaches USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993. NSF 51, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 and 3A Standards. It cannot be used for body transplantation and continuous steam application.
Product features: hardness 65 shore A. Also can use core 70A. Surface 60A hardness; good elasticity; normal working temperature range: from -100° F (-73.3° C) to 400° F (204.4° C); passable CIP, SIP or radiation sterilization or autoclaving; used in pharmaceutical and biomedical applications with low decomposition rate; the inner core is made of silica gel material listed in NSF51; resistant to compression, chemicals, ozone, radiation, humidity and environmental exposure; The solution medium does not decompose any smell and taste; the length of each roll of inventory is 15 meters; it is kept clean during production. It is sealed in a polymer bag; usually the length, size and packaging can be customized according to requirements.
